Default Smoked Tri-tip roast (Moose)

This worked out very well:
Spiced over night (garlic, season salt, cayan, etc)
Smoked at 230degF for 3hrs
Pull from smoker and seared in hot oil for a min to caramelize the outside.
Let rest for 10-12 min





I thought it was a touch over done, but my wife and SIL loved it.
