I have used many different cartridges over the years but live the .222 Remington.
However if I did not have my Anchutz Duece I would be grabbing one of my .223's.
The.223 has the advantage of very accessible ammo , as was mentioned, and the rifles are generally very accurate .Long range bullets of 70 grains and heavier would not be my first choice for a 300 meter coyote shot but they certainly work
