I think my favourite 6.5 is the Mannlicher Schoenauer, great cartridge that runs on the slow side compared to the modern jobs , but is a very accurate rifle/cartridge combination with anything from 120 too 160 grain bullets and is a deadly killer.
The 6.5X55 swede is another, although I really enjoyed the AI version I owned as well.
The 6.5WSM is likely as big as I would want to goo, case wise from my experience with them.
