Not a traditional wooly bugger but more interesting in color.
Like a whirrling pattern the the hackle is back wound and a wolf pattern
with the white hair wings pitched foreword.
I can see how the GH hair on the tails give stiffness to help float the fly.
Something that makes a difference when you want a given pattern on a
larger hook size with a bigger gap.
Mr. Lornce has tied some flies in his day. :-)
Probly caught a fish or two.
Just a guess, looks like size 12 or 10.
