Frig, good baloney costs more than beef these days.
I don't care what cut it is personally, just love meat. Don't care if it's cooked to shoe leather status or medium rare, i'll eat it.
GF bought some big cheap blade steaks one day, didn't read the label and thought it was a roast. Low and slow in the oven all day with aromatic veggies made the best beef dips i've ever had.
