Last time I went to buy steaks at Costco there was a sticker on the package stating the meat was needle tenderized and must be cooked well. Didn't buy it as I like my steaks med-rare. I don't know if they still do that, but it sure put me off. I'd rather eat a good steak occasionally than a tough or overlooked one often.
