I use an Ozonics unit when I am in my treestand and have done so for three years.
I have no proof that it works but I never get busted when in my stand - regardless of wind direction. I have had a number of deer - downwind - indicate that they know something isn't right but they keep coming in and each time I am surprised.
With that said, I also shower with anti-scent soap and all of my clothes I wear in the stand are washed with ant-scent detergent. I am careful not to move when a deer could see me and I am quiet in my stand at all times. I wear camo face paint and I never look a deer in the eyes. I think every bit I do to not tip off a deer that I am there helps my cause.
If you think ozone generators are just gimmicks, that's fine, but I feel that anything I can do legally and ethically to help my chances of harvesting an animal is worth looking at.
I believe that my Ozonics unit gives me one more slight advantage over the animals and I'll stick with it.
