Darn, it took me a while to find this post. Should be easier...
... It's a pity that some hunters picked this year to use up years of priority points for a once in a lifetime hunt. Who knew? My SIL has waited 13 yrs for a chance at a Trophy Antelope, and this year he was awarded a tag.
It would be nice if he could at least get his priority points back for a future draw, given the situation, but I doubt that will happen.
