Funny you mention that Moose. One of the properties I hunt I've had a few hunts ruined due to a couple of them roaming/chasing from a neighbouring property. I called F&W and left a message about the problem but never got a call back.

IMO it's the responsibility of the pet owner to train and keep wandering dogs on their property. Using the excuse that it's the country and my dogs are free to do what they want won't make you any friends with your neighbours and may cause your dog to go missing depending on what it's doing when it's wandering. Some of our neighbours didn't even know that we had a dog until either they stopped by for a visit or it came up in a conversation we were having. Don't make your responsibility some one else's problem.....
