I have never seen Shell kicked out of the Castle, nor have they ever shut in any wells because it was to dry to opperate. They may have had some contractors that really didnt need to be there though. You must not have been working for Shell.........

I'm thinking around 8 years ago , no immediate fire , but super dry. , there were seismic and construction projects going on in the forestry. Notice came out and contractors had only hours to get out. Shell was allowed to have permitted maintenance to operate the wells , nothing more. Nothing shut in , just minimal activity.
