It is very easy to tell people to pee off in email. If it were me, I would get on the phone and work up the chain of command till I could talk to someone that can make a proper decision. If they would not pass me to someone senior I would ask to talk to their legal department and ask them for their legal service address for service of papers. That usually gets their attention pretty damn fast.
