I was in the market last year and decided to go with a little more budget friendly option in the cabelas dc pro grinder and was pretty impressed. It's only gone through a couple deer so far but at this point it seems more than adequate. Feed it reasonable sized chunks and it grinds about as fast as I can feed it.
