I'm still a little green when it comes to whitetails. I should have said in my first post that I rattle for half a minute wait 30 seconds start again and do this until I feel I should stop. It's worked for me in the past. It's how I was taught but maybe I'll try changing it up this year and try something new.

I have only shot 4 bucks but have called in a few and I just do a few grunts and a 30 second rattle and wait 20mins before rattling again. If I hear something I'll do a few soft grunts.
