Brule "lake" ends at the park boudary on its far south/west end so park rules kick in once you hit the park. Brule lake is actually just a flood plane off the athabasca river. I am assuming it doesn't have specific regs because its part of the athabasca river. In early spring and late fall there is no lake, just the river snaking through the sand.
