My SIL is a fish cop, he tells me you need to be able to produce your license when asked. Picture won’t do. But.. an honest hunter with a good attitude makes for a fish cop using his discretion. He is good guy and I hunt with him, so I will need to go with this answer. And he would love it if the license and tags could be produced electronically. Nobody is out there without a phone( his words)
