Yeah, framing 4 walls that size in a day is doable. But I would allow a half day for one guy to cut 160 odd studs, cut the headers and trimmers and nail them all together. Leaving less than half a day for trusses, ladders, fascia,sheeting, porkchops, garage door liners, installing man doors, overhead doors..... That's a real solid two days work IMO.
