I agree that Michelle Rempel is a powerhouse too as others have mentioned but she doesn't speak French which means she will be unable to debate in the house in both languages. She would never win the party leadership and would have no chance of becoming PM.

I think it's obvious that Peter MacKay will re-enter politics. He'll handily win the party leadership and would have no trouble defeating Trudeau in the next election which will likely be in less than 2 years.
