P&D is a great store, great knowledge and selection. I've heard negative things about Dianne but have never had a problem with her. Her and Phil are super friendly great people. The smith they have on site installing scopes etc isn't the most friendly guy. Bought a new scope and had it installed on my .350 rem mag. He acted annoyed he had to do some work, I could tell patience isn't a virtue for him. The only other con is they don't price match Cabelas but having said that I paid $6 less for Vortex
