Ouch. Thats an awful lot of work and preparation only to miss them with your bow and then shotgun. Glad you were able to close the deal reaping. It looks like you have a pretty healthy population of Turkey's in your area. It amasse's me that these shy spooky birds let you walk up to them when reaping.
Congrats on the one you did harvest. They really are big beautifull birds, and they are tough to hunt.
