I've had good luck with gulp. So far I've used the minnow grubs in white and yellow, the 3 inch leeches, 3 inch minnows, and 6" worms. I've done well using them on jig heads, drop shot, lindy rigs, and on spinners. Although live bait will sometimes out fish it I think I often catch more fish simply because I dont have to re-bait or reel in my line to check my bait. Some days there is no substatute for the real thing though.
I've also had good luck throwing regular jigs into the Gulp bag to soak up scent, the gulp goop discolors regular jigs though so only throw a couple in at a time.
