There is only one caliber that will work on all the species you mentioned. Any other caliber and you risk losing your animal...

Seriously though...anything in the 270win or 7-08 class up to a 338 win mag (or heck way bigger) will work good. Been said a hundred times...get something you can shoot comfortably and accurately and you're off to the races.
