What the heck is this crap? SRD just released a 2010 moratorium on the spring black bear hunt EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLEY. They don't have the balls to give us some stinkin notice? I've been baiting for 2 weeks for cryin out loud!!!! Uuuuuuuuuuuggggggghhhhh!!!!
