Stiffer fines should be for all game, not just for sheep.
For some, access by motor is their only option.
I don't understand why you would want horse travel eliminated.
I don't think we should limit non-res hunting. I think we should ELIMINATE it.
Seems to work in Sask's favor with the mule deer.
