I did not realize it was illegal to fish a storm pond, so that's certainly a problem (it definitely limits the recreational benefit of perch in the pond). Too bad - I really think if someone put a couple dozen perch in that pond, they would have a great fishery for at least 5 years, until the perch stunted out. (Of course that's my George Costanza "I'm a marine biologist" opinion.)
