As new. Website says short action but comes with a long action magazine. I bought it to use with my 6.5 PRC but am going a different route. Had a rifle installed in chassis but never hunted. Don't have original box but it will be well packaged. Note as mentioned in description this is a left hand chassis. Have multiple thickness mag release levers (over $400 to buy from MDT) to custom fit mags. Any questions let me know. $899.00 shipped with signature.
