For sure people always look at a mulie, and if it's got the front forks and back forks it's a '4 point', and ignore brow tines if present, but again, brow points are a scorable point, whether it's a mulie or whitetail.
Of course mule deer are weird and even big mulies sometimes don't have brow tines, but if they do they are scored.
