The issue being, Russia has nuclear weapons. If the bluff was called, and lets say NATO was to attack, are you certain that Russia wouldn't use them?

Pretty sure putting an international hit on someone is illegal, secondly, no politician wants to set that precedent, as they could be next, thirdly, whats to say they actually get paid? If some sketchy Russian approached you with that deal, would you be stepping up to the plate?
