Bessie, Ron and Jungleboy.. do you happen to own any rental properties?
NDP have considered a rent control in their past (and has been implemented in many other provinces by liberal/NDP governments). This never takes into account the significant increase in house prices/interest rates/insurance/property taxes.
As an owner of multiple rental properties, I also would not be happy with tenants of mine trying to limit my ability to offset my costs by promoting a socialist/dipper government.
