I'm betting it would be double that or close to it today. I had a 32x52', 14' walls, 12' door built about 6-7 years ago and it was just a bit more than what you posted. Probably close to $100,000 to completely finish everything including a 10,000 pound hoist.
An attached garage to the house will be going up soon. $60,000 not finished inside. Prices on everything are still insane and will probably never come back to even close to where prices were 5-10 years ago.
Cripes, even three years ago...
