Is it ok to leave it for that long ? I pick up 3 I just freeze 2 whole and cut up the one into 3/4-1in steaks turn out to be around 6$ a steak I got about 23 nice steaks and the 2 end piece I cut up into stir-fry . I find that the quality is the same even after freezing the whole one for a couple of months and taken it out and leave in fridge to thawed 24+ hour .
