I use a 10” front and a 8” rear stab on my hunting bow. I also shoot competitively and a heavy bow just “feels right”. The day I can’t carry my bow is the day I hang it up.
Shoot a stabilizer setup that does help and does make a difference, otherwise there is not point in it. Every bow and every person is different so go to a shop that lets you try a bunch of different stab setups and go with what helps you the most.
