no gas motors means no gas powered to propel your vessel. You can still have on the boat but not a good idea to have dipped in the water(spillage of oil and gas) If it says no motors allowed then nothing ( gas or electric) HOARSE only (oars) Get a canoe or a 12 ft aluminum with at least 8 ft oars.
