Can have up to 3 trebles on the same line. It says up to 3 "hooks" (remember the definition from P.15) on the same line or lure.

Reacquaint yourself with the rule book please.
And those illegalities are what I'm talking about. In the video there are two three pronged hooks on the lure(bait).
