Alberta WILDLIFE ACT Chapter 10 W‑10(jj) “vehicle” means a device, other than an aircraft or boat, in, on or by which a person or thing may be transported;
By definition an e-bike is a vehicle for the purpose of hunting " on which a person or thing is transported" according to the wildlife act.
