If you are concerned about jump you can always try a different bullet. Bullet shape will definitely affect jump- the more streamlined high BC bullets will generally have more jump than a more blunt bullet with a lower BC.

My fave rifle has 0.180" jump to lands with my preferred Barnes LRX bullet (limited by magazine length), but is still very accurate. I fretted about that for a bit, then realized it really did not matter.
