I have a lineman's belt and a 4 point harness, but am not crazy about using the lineman's belt for fall prevention or arrest because of the location of the anchor rings- they are made for climbing not fall arrest.
I'll likely use the 4 point because it is what I have been familiar with for 30+ years of using them in an of industrial setting
