Hey Huy, you are clearly a good person. Great job on how you approached the video. Now that I've seen it, I actually do not feel bad for the other party at all. This is how it starts. What if no one reported them? Kids learn from parents. I think you made a big difference by doing this. Also your video should be used by RAP as a good news story, my opinion. A great example of how to approach it. Good on you for hanging around to meet the officer. Enjoy your reward, you deserve it.
