Emergency Dentistry is not, nor has been, prohibited by the Dental Association in the Province, or and provincial, municipal or federal body.
If the case presents an emergency, as determined by the dentist, and he has asked the appropriate COVID health screening questions, he/she can treat any patient legally and without any legal issues.
