Lever action
I have a Savage 250-3000 and a Henry 357/38 Big Boy Steel carbine. Both are good guns but I only shoot the Henry - mainly targets and plinking. I think the Henry would be ok for deer under at 75 yards. Also have a Winchester 94 in 30-30 cal from the early years but like the Savage it too is more of a keepsake. I do enjoy shooting the Henry and I like the 357 cal.
