Looked at your creations, yes the W/W should work. IMO, the size of the hooks on the jig's may be a bit large/heavy for most Whites and they won't float down as slowly when you work your presentation. I found some 1/64 & 1/32 oz lead head jigs at Bass Pro that you may wish to check out.

My choice of hooks would be those with the eye facing up, they're easier to get your W/W to sit horizontal. I've seen too many Whites turn away at the last second when they came in for a look & my W/W was hanging down and not horizontal.

This hook is a Mustard #8 Nymph # 3XH-2XL as shown earlier in Post @296, notice the eye faces up.
