Just pack what you can in luggage and bring it with you when you fly back here. I've done it before a few times, 3 whole suitcases on wheels full of meat. I put each portion into XL Ziploc bags and then triple bagged the whole deal with heavy duty garbage bags and taped the end closed. It was all still frozen solid when I got back to Edmonton. If you ship it as cargo you run the risk of it getting bumped from the flight, I wouldn't chance it.
