Beyond current budget
Ouch! These prices are not even near where I thought. North of 25K is not in current budget. Some of the comments are that perhaps with current economy that prices may be at a bit more of a bargain as supply may be more than demand currently. Never heard anyone say they build their garage too big, but have heard the opposite in that they wish they had went bigger. Bylaws come into play for sizing and height. To bad the bylaws were not so constraining.
Never thought too much of the insurance addtional costs either. How much more for insurance typcially per year? $100, $500, $1000. Current home insurance around $1600.
