$3,500?, just how many years back are we talking here. Couldn't even buy the wood for that price these days, let alone the doors, roofing and all the other stuff. Doing the work yourself just buying the concrete, $250 a cubic meter, and rebar to do the slab would be nearly $3,500. Insurance company replacement cost I would think is probably a tad low at today's prices.
