Most I know have been on it for years and are healthier than ever, rarely sick etc. I know it has given me tons of energy, better sleep and more.

Depends on the persons goals. For me it’s a diet as I cannot sustain keto for bodybuilding. For new muscle growth I need to replenish glycogen stores and that entails the utilization of carbohydrates. Also being on keto I look flat compared to when I’m carbed up.
Either way it’s great for shedding fat.
