I'm not a long range shooter, but to me the platform, scope would be the first thing I would look at. All 30 calibre magnums are capable of making the shot distance. Accuracy depends on you, the load and the quality of your equipment. I'm partial to 300 Weatherby, as it's as good as any out there, but I also have had 300 win Mag, 308 Norma, as well the 300WSM. Again, any of them will do the job.
