Most of the mature Cutts are just finishing up there spawning rituals. Fish often seem to disappear while their body's recover from the big hormone changes. They will show up again. There is still a very good population of bulls in Lower Kan. This year I saw the greatest number of juveniles I have ever seen in 30 years. As the water rises and warms the fish move to different parts of the lakes.
