I was referring to the folding razor knives that have the blades that can be reversed 180 degrees for the 'second edge' rather than the snap-off blades. Never saw a snap off blade razor knife that also folded. That being said; with a snap-off type razor knife suck as an Olfa, once that thumbscrew is loose those could also open through centrifugal force too. Good luck with that CBSA! If the rules no good for that it's no good in any other matter either.

With the snap-off blades it's nice that little containers for the broken off blades are available, those were the most dangerous thing about them, hiding out waiting to cut you.
