I'd venture to say that we might have more pervs in our clothed and private environments than in those, just from the viewpoint that when things are transparent and in the open it's hard to hide your evil deeds or thoughts.
JMO. I like to keep an open and tolerant mind to these things. It's not my cup of tea but so are many other things that me and the gov should keep our nose out of.
