For real? Dogs shouldn't bite that's a given. But unless the person suffered irreparable harm because of it and it will affect the rest of their life in a real and meaningful way why would you sue? Destroying the dog should be enough. I got bit when I was a kid playing tag at the lake. Ran past my uncle's trailer and his gr got me on the arm. I'm fine.
