I dunno what the answer is but the previous culls didn't stop the spread, I doubt more culls will do anything either. Culling is reactionary to a problem that already exists, seems by the time they get around to a cull it's too late and has already spread beyond the cull area.
How many heads are tested from western Alberta? It's probably there already.
